    Profile

     About AETC

We, as a medium sized company located in Weyhe, Lower Saxony, Germany, within minutes of Bremens airport, have specialised since 1998 in providing engineering services and support worldwide to the Aviation Industry.

Our process-orientated organization operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and in the past 7 years has built up with its customers a reputation for quality, service, efficiency, reliability and innovation.

Our customers include Aircraft Manufacturers, Aircraft Operators, Aircraft Lessors and Lessees, for commercial aircraft of any make.

Our business is to provide our customers with the necessary support and know-how, allowing them to carry out their enterprise with a maximum in quality, efficiency and reliability.

We are specialized in the following fields:

     -Aircraft Engineering

AETC can support the Operator from A to Z, from Maintenance Planning Support through to the compilation of Statistics for any make/type of aircraft.

Maintenance Planning Support can entail the preparation of a Customized Maintenance Concept for presentation to the local Airworthiness Authorities and the provision of support during and after the presentation to ensure a smooth, trouble free acceptance and running of operations.

There again perhaps just the simple establishment of a current CMP Data File is required coupled together with a continuous updating of the same.

To go even further one could include the analysis of ADs, SBs, SILs, AOLs, for the implementation of Modifications.

AETC would monitor the OPS (FH/CY and calendar parameters) and plan the maintenance events. This would include the monitoring of all Hard-Time-Limited Components and Out-of-Phase Requirements and the implementation of Modifications.

Operational Support from AETC would help the Operator to overcome any problems they have through lack of personnel. The services of AETC experienced personnel will help to overcome any shortcomings; they can be placed where the need is greatest and thus ensure that the operations run smoothly and safely.

Statistics - AETC would implement a Reliability Control Programme covering the aircraft and its components (serialized items), Events/Incidents, Daily Utilization, etc.
Monthly Reliability Reports would be issued presenting the following:

      -General Aircraft Data
      -Maintenance Report Rate
      -Pilot Report Rate
      -Unscheduled Component Removals
      -Dispatch Reliability
      -Maintenance Planning Checks
      -Technical Incidents

     -OPS & Performance Engineering

Do you want to optimize your costs for fuel? AETC can take over the OPS and Performance Engineering for operators.

The package we are able to offer reaches from the daily collection of Ops Data to the Optimisation of Fuel Consumption and includes:

    • Establishment of Airport Data / Analysis of data for Airports of the Route Structure of the Operator.
    • Establishment of Route Details / Data for the Route Structure & Flight Plans of the Operator.
    • Establishment of Analytic Data for each individual Airplane for its Data Baseline.
    • Assessment of Fuel Consumption Data for implementation of a Fuel Consumption Improvement- Program

-Representation/Supervision of Maintenance and/or Conversion Projects

AETC can support the Owner/Operator during a Maintenance and/or Conversion Project by providing Representation/Supervision for as long as required.

This can entail a detailed analysis of the work required before the project starts together with negotiations for findings/defect rectification/ implementation of Ads, SBs, Modifications, or just supervision of the work carried out to ensure compliance with airworthiness standards.

All negotiations and/or supervision would be carried out strictly following the customer’s guidelines.

    -Audits

Audits can be performed on Aircraft and/or Operators or perhaps you wish only an assessment of the Documentation. The Make or Type of aircraft is immaterial.

After AETC has carried out an Audit on your aircraft, or aircraft fleet, you will know exactly where you stand for AETC can not only ascertain the condition of the aircraft, showing up its deficiencies, but also that of its documentation, showing what is missing.

Invaluable for Operators, Lessors and Lessees who can rely upon AETC’s expertise to show exactly where they stand in relation to the aircraft they operate or wish to purchase/lease/sell together with the associated documentation.

An Audit of an Operator would highlight the weak points within the organization and show how with minor alterations to the Operations/Maintenance Policies major improvements in DMC/DOC may be achieved.

The airworthiness of an aircraft is dependent, to a large extent, upon the condition its associated documentation is in, e.g. Are all applicable Ads, SBs, etc not only included in the Maintenance Programme but also recorded in a register? Are the applicable Engineering Orders and signed-off task cards available?

The stand alone assessment of the Documentation begins by compiling and filing all of the available documentation then performing an analysis of Actual versus Required.

AETC would provide support in obtaining those documents that are missing and if required FAA approved translations (German – English or vice versa) can be carried out.

Records for the above would be shown in digital form.

    -Material Management Support

AETC with their Material Management Support Programme can realize economic advantages for an Operator.
The operational effectivity of an A/C is to a large degree dependent upon the availability of the equipment/materials (spares plus consumables) necessary to keep it in an airworthiness condition. The lack of one component or even a specific material can lead to your aircraft being AOG as they are very specialized and sometimes difficult to obtain.

AETC is in the position to help the operator achieve, within a short period of time, enormous savings in this field.

AETC with their insider knowledge of the market can organise and deliver worldwide any required item or equipment for any make or type of aircraft within the shortest possible time.

AETC also has a small stock of specific spare parts in store should they be needed as well as a variety of Galley Equipment(ATLAS Standard). The Galley Equipment, which is either new or overhauled, is listed below.

    1                    H/S Trolley
    2                    F/S Trolley
    3                    H/S Waste Trolley
    4                    Standard Unit
    5                    Drawer
    6                    Oven rack
    7                    Oven tray
